Trader Joe’s Kettle Corn


I weighed myself at the gym again today. Another 2 pounds. According to the scale I’ve gained 20 pounds since April. How is that possible? Maybe it is time to give up my new favorite snack. Trader Joe’s Kettle Corn. It is seriously addictive and yummy.

but it might be time to say goodbye…

  1. Em, I think it’s got to be muscle weight gain so don’t give up on the kettle corn for no reason! You look really good! And you know, muscle is heavier than fat–so it would make sense for you to be gaining a lot of muscle mass since you’ve been so diligent about going to the gym this summer.
